NOV. 6, 2011 - THE ANDY KAUFMAN AWARD

Dave Thunder has been selected to compete as one of seventeen
semi-finalists in the 7th Annual Andy Kaufman Award Show.  The
Andy Kaufman Award was created to preserve the legacy of one of
America's most unique and influential performers in a dynamic way.
The prestigious award honors Andy Kaufman's creative spirit while
simultaneously shining a spotlight on promising performers with the
potential to impact the evolving culture of comedy.  Dave will be
performing as “Jimmy Deluca” at the Gotham Comedy Club
on November 6 at 8:PM.  The show will also air live on Sirius XM’s

Raw Dog Comedy Channel (channel 99.)  For more information about the show,

OCT. 20, 2011 - DAVE THUNDER’S JERSEY CORE

Pre-production has begun on The Magnet’s newest comedy spectacular, “Dave
Thunder’s Jersey Core.”  After a “first pump” competition goes horribly wrong, a
group of New Jersey club kids decide the best way to support their fallen comrade
is to put on a sketch variety show in solidarity.  “MTV’S Jersey Shore” meets
“Hee-Haw” in this sketch comedy showcase slated for February, 2012.  More

JUNE 24, 2011 - M4 VOWS TO LOSE 40 POUNDS!

The Magnet Theater is proud to announce the return of everyone’s
favorite comedy duo, M4!  Jon Bander and Dave Thunder love food.  
Unfortunately, they love it a little too much.  Jon Bander has
struggled with obesity his entire life and Dave Thunder suffers from
dangerously high cholesterol.  Together, they've vowed to lose forty
pounds by the end of their four week run of comedy shows.  Each
show features sketches, characters, videos, and a (probably
humiliating) live weigh-in!  Join Dave and Jon on their quest to
become comedy's biggest losers.  Every Friday at 8:PM, from June 24

Dave Thunder has been chosen as one of seven finalists
for the 7th Annual Andy Kaufman Award Show.  He will be
performing in the finals on Monday, November 7, at 8:PM, at
